Can a CRM store documents?
Yes. Bizora stores documents on each company record, so files sit alongside the customer’s contacts, notes, deals and call history.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, CSV and text files, and PNG or JPEG images, up to 5 MB per file.
How much document storage do I get for free?
The Free plan includes 50 documents and 500 MB of storage. You can add 25 GB blocks for £1.99 a month each without leaving Free.
Who can manage documents in a Bizora workspace?
Owners and Team Moderators can upload and remove documents. Team Members can view company information and download documents.
Can Bizora remind me when a certificate expires?
Yes. Add an expiry date when you upload a document, or later from its menu, and a renewal follow-up is added a month before. Change the date and the reminder moves with it.
Does search look inside documents?
No. Document search uses the document title, file name and company name, not the text inside the file.
