Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bizora, a workspace for managing company records, contacts and documents. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.
1. About these terms
Bizora is operated by FCB Digital Ltd trading as Bizora, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17483665 ("Bizora", "we", "us" or "our"). Our contact email is hello@bizora.co.uk; general support is available at support@bizora.co.uk.
By accepting these terms when creating an account or joining a workspace, you agree to these terms, including the data-processing terms below. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain our processing; accepting these terms does not give consent to optional marketing or tracking. If you contract for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Invited users agree to the account and acceptable-use rules; the organisation remains responsible for its processing instructions.
2. The service
Bizora provides an online CRM and shared workspace for companies, contacts, notes, team access and company documents. We may update, improve or discontinue features, provided we take reasonable account of the effect on customers and their data.
The Free plan and paid plans have the limits displayed on the website and inside the app. Current included limits are subject to the plan selected and may include companies, contacts, documents, team seats, shared document storage and custom fields. Additional team seats and 25 GB storage blocks are recurring add-ons available on any plan, including Free, where offered. Storage add-ons increase storage space only; they do not increase the number of documents your plan allows.
Custom fields let a workspace add its own fields to companies and contacts, up to the number its plan allows for each record type. If a workspace moves to a plan with a lower allowance, fields beyond the new allowance are locked: their values are kept, shown and exported, but cannot be edited until the workspace has room for them again. Changing plan never deletes custom field values. Deleting a custom field permanently removes its values from every record.
3. Accounts and workspace access
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and use Bizora for business purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
- Workspace Owners control records, invitations, roles, document uploads, subscriptions and access within their workspace.
- Team Members may view workspace records and download documents but do not receive Owner editing or billing permissions.
- Team Moderators may edit workspace records and documents. Owners manage team roles and billing.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or data.
4. Customer data and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the company, contact, deal, follow-up, activity, custom field, document and other content you submit to Bizora, including content you import from spreadsheets ("Customer Data"). You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display and transmit Customer Data to provide, secure and support the service.
You must have a lawful basis and all permissions needed to submit personal data to Bizora and instruct us to process it. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or excessively sensitive content, attempt to access another workspace, interfere with the service, bypass limits, upload executable malware or use Bizora to send unsolicited communications.
Do not submit special-category, sensitive or criminal-offence data, identity documents, government identification numbers, payment-card details or children's personal data, whether in notes, documents, imports or custom fields. You are responsible for what your custom fields are set up to collect. Any proposed use involving these data requires our separate written agreement and an appropriate assessment before processing starts.
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, retention and deletion of Customer Data and for notifying individuals where required. Where you submit personal data about your clients, contacts, suppliers or team members, you generally act as the controller and Bizora acts as your processor for the hosted service. The Privacy Policy describes our own controller processing, such as account administration and billing.
5. Data processing terms
For personal data contained in Customer Data, these terms form the data-processing instructions between you and Bizora. The subject matter is the provision, security and support of the hosted CRM and document service; processing lasts for the term of your account and any limited deletion or backup period. The purposes are hosting, storing, organising, displaying, downloading, securing, backing up and supporting Customer Data at your documented instructions.
The personal data may include names, business contact details, job information, notes, deal and follow-up details, records of calls, emails and meetings, values entered in custom fields, correspondence references and documents. Data subjects may include your staff, clients, suppliers, prospects and business contacts. You must ensure your instructions and processing are lawful and must respond to data-subject requests where you are the controller.
These data-processing terms are intended to meet Article 28 of the UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, Article 28 of the EU GDPR and equivalent requirements of other data protection laws; references below to UK GDPR articles include those equivalents. Customer Data is hosted in the UK and the European Economic Area. Where you are subject to the EU GDPR, the UK currently benefits from an EU adequacy decision; if that changes, we will put in place an alternative transfer mechanism such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We process Customer Data only on your documented instructions, including for international transfers, unless UK law or other law to which we are subject requires other processing. Where lawful, we will inform you of that requirement before processing. We will inform you immediately if, in our opinion, an instruction infringes applicable data-protection law. You retain the rights and obligations of a controller, including setting lawful purposes and responding to individuals.
We ensure authorised personnel are bound by confidentiality and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures under Article 32 UK GDPR, including access controls, secure transport, password hashing, protected document storage and recovery arrangements appropriate to the risk. We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your Customer Data and supply available information to support your response.
You give general written authorisation for subprocessors needed to provide hosting, storage and transactional email, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will provide the current legal identities, functions and locations on request and give advance notice of intended additions or replacements, allowing you a reasonable opportunity to object on data-protection grounds before they start processing. If an objection cannot be resolved, we will discuss an alternative or termination of the affected service. We impose equivalent data-protection obligations by written contract on each subprocessor and remain liable to you for its performance of those obligations. A provider acting as an independent controller, such as Stripe for its own legal and fraud-prevention purposes, is not a subprocessor for that processing.
Taking account of the nature of processing, we assist you through appropriate measures with individuals' rights requests. Taking account of the information available to us, we assist with security, breach notification, data-protection impact assessments and consultation with the supervisory authority under Articles 32 to 36 UK GDPR. We make available information needed to demonstrate compliance and allow and contribute to audits and inspections by you or your mandated auditor. Reasonable arrangements for confidentiality, security and timing must not prevent the exercise of these rights or access by a competent authority.
At the end of the service, we will, at your choice, return or delete Customer Data and delete existing copies unless UK law requires storage. Any retained backup copies must be protected from ordinary use and expire under an agreed deletion schedule; restoration must not reintroduce data due for erasure. Contact us before closure to arrange the return format and deletion schedule. Our independent controller processing is limited to the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Documents and storage
Document uploads are limited by file type and size shown in the app and by your plan's document and storage allowance, including any storage add-ons and referral storage. If storage add-ons are removed or your plan changes, we do not delete existing documents; if your usage is above the new allowance, new uploads are blocked until usage is reduced or capacity is added. New documents may be stored in IONOS Cloud Object Storage, an S3-compatible infrastructure service. Existing documents may remain in the application database during migration. Documents are delivered through authenticated, organisation-scoped download routes and are not intended to be public files.
Deleted documents are hidden from normal use and may be retained temporarily in backups, logs or deletion queues according to our retention and recovery processes. Do not use Bizora as the sole copy of important records; maintain appropriate independent backups.
7. Plans, payments and Stripe
Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, in pounds sterling (GBP) at the price shown at checkout, wherever you are. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, shown before purchase. If you are based outside the UK, you are responsible for any other taxes, duties or reverse-charge obligations that apply to you, and your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion fees. Additional seats are currently priced per seat per month, and storage add-ons are currently priced per 25 GB block per month. On yearly billing, the plan and any add-ons are charged in advance for twelve months at the yearly price shown at checkout. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period for a further period of the same length, unless cancelled before the renewal date. If you switch between monthly and yearly billing, a new billing period starts on the date of the change, and unused time on your current period is credited against the new charge or future invoices rather than refunded as cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored by Bizora. Stripe may process payment, customer, invoice, fraud-prevention and tax-related information under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive limited billing identifiers and status information needed to activate or reconcile your subscription.
Subscriptions may use Stripe Checkout, payment authentication, invoices and the Stripe Customer Portal. A paid entitlement is activated only after the relevant payment and subscription status are confirmed. Failed, cancelled or expired subscriptions may revert to the applicable Free limits, subject to any confirmed paid period.
You may cancel through the available billing controls. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds, credits and statutory cancellation rights are handled in accordance with applicable law and the information shown at checkout.
8. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures and events outside our reasonable control may affect access. We may restrict access to protect the service or perform urgent maintenance.
General support requests should be sent to support@bizora.co.uk. We will make reasonable efforts to respond. This does not alter statutory deadlines for privacy requests or complaints, which should be sent to hello@bizora.co.uk as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own Bizora, its software, branding, design and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, scrape or create a competing service from Bizora except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bizora and request account closure through hello@bizora.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or where we discontinue the service. We will take reasonable steps to notify you where lawful and practical.
After termination, we may delete or anonymise account and Customer Data after a reasonable retrieval period, subject to legal obligations, backups, dispute handling and our Privacy Policy. Contact us promptly if you need an export before closure.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that protection, Bizora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or loss caused by your instructions, Customer Data, credentials, internet connection or failure to keep independent backups. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a paid subscription is limited to the fees paid by the relevant customer to Bizora for the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; for a Free account, the limit is £100.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or security. We will publish the updated version and give reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. These terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience, and the English version prevails if there is a difference.
Using Bizora outside the UK
Bizora is available to businesses in many countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of Bizora, including the personal data you add and any transfer of it to the UK and Europe, complies with the laws that apply to you. You must not use Bizora if you are located in, or are a person or organisation targeted by, sanctions or export restrictions imposed by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations or the United States, or to provide services to anyone who is. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to comply with such laws.
13. Contact
Questions, complaints or legal notices: hello@bizora.co.uk.
14. Referral programme
Where the programme is available, an active user with a verified email may create one referral code. A new customer must enter that code when registering a new workspace, verify their email and make a successful, positive card payment for a Business or Premium subscription. Only the first qualifying payment earns a reward for that new workspace; renewals, extra members and further subscriptions do not generate additional rewards. Existing accounts and team invitations cannot be referred retrospectively. Free accounts, unpaid trials, fully discounted invoices, manually marked payments and add-on-only purchases do not qualify.
Each qualifying referral earns 5 GB of additional document storage, with a maximum of five lifetime rewards (25 GB) per referring account. Storage is shared by the workspace in which the code was created, remains with that workspace and cannot be moved, exchanged for money or used to increase document-count limits. Multiple users in a workspace have their own five-reward limits. Rewards do not expire merely because the referred customer later cancels an otherwise valid paid subscription.
We verify payment and eligibility before granting storage. One qualifying payment card can earn only one referral reward across the programme. Self-referrals, additional accounts created to obtain rewards, misleading promotion and spam are prohibited. Cards attached to the referrer's billing account and repeated qualifying payment cards may be rejected. Automated checks cannot establish that every account belongs to a different person; we may investigate suspected abuse and withhold or remove improperly obtained rewards.
Refunding, crediting or disputing the qualifying payment removes the reward, including for partial refunds. A removed reward still uses its lifetime slot and is not automatically reinstated. We do not delete existing documents as a result; if storage usage exceeds the remaining allowance, new uploads may be blocked until usage is reduced or capacity is added. Pending referrals do not reserve reward slots; the first five eligible rewards processed qualify. If a code has already reached its limit, a new customer can remove it and register normally.
We provide a link for voluntary sharing and do not collect your contacts or send referral messages for you. Only share where the recipient wants the link and the communication is lawful, and disclose that you may receive storage. Your referral dashboard shows aggregate progress, not referred customers' identities, invoices or card details. Aggregate progress may allow you to infer that someone you referred qualified. See our Privacy Policy.
We may change or close the programme for future referrals with reasonable notice. Valid earned rewards remain subject to the rules under which they were earned, including fraud, refund and dispute provisions. Questions or an eligibility review: support@bizora.co.uk.
