Yes. The Free plan includes 250 companies, 250 contacts, 50 documents, two team seats, 500 MB of storage (expandable from £1.99 a month) and 5 custom fields each for companies and contacts.
The Business plan costs £19.99 per month and includes 2,500 companies, 5,000 contacts, 2,500 documents, five team seats, 50 GB of storage and 15 custom fields each for companies and contacts.
The Premium plan costs £34.99 per month and includes 10,000 companies, 25,000 contacts, 10,000 documents, 10 team seats, 150 GB of storage and 30 custom fields each for companies and contacts.
Yes. Pay yearly and you save 17%, the same as getting 2 months free: Business is £199.90 a year and Premium is £349.90 a year, instead of 12 monthly payments. Extra seats and storage add-ons get the same 2 months free on yearly billing. You can switch between monthly and yearly in Team & subscription.
Yes. Custom fields let you track details such as a VAT number, renewal date or boiler type. You can add 5 company fields and 5 contact fields on Free, 15 of each on Business and 30 of each on Premium. Extra spreadsheet columns can become custom fields when you import.
No. The Free plan is free forever, with no time limit and no payment card. Stay on it as long as you like and upgrade only when you need more records, seats or storage.
