A calendar for your whole month
Meetings, follow-ups, deals and renewals together, so the week ahead is clear at a glance.
- A new Calendar page in the menu shows a month of everything planned with your customers.
- Add events for meetings, site visits and appointments, with a time, a place, the customer and who is going, or make them all day.
- Follow-ups appear on their due date, open deals on their expected close date and documents on their expiry date, all colour-coded.
- Add your private calendar link to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to see your meetings and follow-ups on your phone.
- On a phone, the calendar becomes a simple list of the days that have something on.

Bizora now does the next step for you
Small automations that save a few minutes every week, with nothing to set up.
- Move a deal to On quote and a reminder to chase the quote is added for three working days later.
- Mark a deal won and the customer becomes a client, with a reminder a week later to say thanks and ask for a review.
- Give a certificate, policy or contract an expiry date and a renewal reminder is added a month before. Expiry dates turn amber as they get close.
- A Going quiet list on the Today page shows open deals with no contact for two weeks, with one tap to plan a follow-up.
