Customers added or matched for you
Someone new is added as a prospect with a contact, ready to call. Someone you already know is matched by their email or phone number, so you do not end up with duplicates, and their existing details are never overwritten by what was typed into a form.
Your automations run too
A lead from your website is a new deal like any other, so your automations run on it. Add a follow-up for the next working morning, or tell the right person, and every enquiry gets a reply. You can also get an email each time one arrives.
A full plan never loses a lead
If your plan has no room for another customer, the lead is kept on your Integrations page with all its details and you are told about it. Add it to your pipeline once you have made room or upgraded.
Private and careful with data
The address can add deals but cannot read anything from your workspace. Bizora does not store your visitors’ IP addresses, and it drops passwords, card numbers and captcha answers if a form sends them. Only Owners and Team Moderators can see the address and the leads.

Which tools does Bizora work with?
Bizora works with Zapier, Make, n8n, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms and any other form or tool that can send a webhook, including your own website. Each of these connects by webhook to your private Bizora address.
Do I need a paid plan on the other tool?
Sometimes. Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms need their webhook add-ons, Elementor Forms needs Elementor Pro and Fluent Forms needs Fluent Forms Pro. Check your own plan with Zapier, Make or n8n, as what each includes can change.
Is there a Bizora app in the Zapier directory?
Not at the moment. You connect Zapier using its Webhooks by Zapier action, pointed at your private Bizora address. It takes a couple of minutes and the steps are in the app.
Are integrations included on the free plan?
Yes. Your lead address is included on every Bizora plan, including Free. Each new customer counts towards your plan’s allowance as usual, and deals are unlimited.
Can I connect a website that does not use WordPress?
Yes. Any website can post to your address, from a web page or from your server. The Integrations page gives you a ready-made form and a code example to copy.
What stops spam filling my pipeline?
Your address is private, submissions are limited per workspace, repeats of the same enquiry are ignored and the web form example includes a trap for robots. If spam does start, get a new address in a click and the old one stops working.
Does Bizora send data back to these tools?
No. Your lead address only receives leads and adds them to your pipeline. It does not send your customer records anywhere.
