What roles does Bizora have?
Bizora has three roles. Owners manage everything including team access and billing, Team Moderators can edit records and documents, and Team Members have view and download access.
Can I limit a colleague to view-only access?
Yes. Give them the Team Member role and they can view records and download documents without editing anything.
How do I invite someone to my workspace?
An Owner creates an invitation from Team & subscription. The invited person receives an email link that expires after seven days and can only be used once.
Can a workspace have more than one Owner?
Yes. You can make several people Owners, and Bizora always keeps at least one active Owner in each workspace.
How many users are included, and what do extra seats cost?
Free includes two seats, Business five and Premium ten. Extra seats cost £1 per seat, per month, on any plan.
